Richard C. Dalton

Attorney, Rick Dalton is one of the nation's most-respected consumer law attorneys whose primary practice is representing clients who have purchased defective products. His practice involves filing consumer warranty lawsuits and/or claims against the manufacturers and dealers who sold his client's the defective products. He has devoted his entire legal career to fighting for the rights of consumers and is a skilled negotiator and trial attorney. He has successfully litigated trials in both State and Federal Courts throughout Texas and Louisiana, as well as through arbitration. He has personally handled over 15,000 consumer law claims and lawsuits throughout the United States.

Rick Dalton earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Louisiana Tech University and holds a Juris Doctor Law Degree from Louisiana State University. He is licensed to practice to law in the States of Texas, Louisiana, and California and a member in good standing with the Louisiana Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, California Bar Association; Federal Bar Association, Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association and National Association of Consumer Advocates.

Rick Dalton has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in Louisiana for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts; as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas; and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
